Edward K. Clark, J.D., C.P.A., Partner-in-Charge of The Blum Firm’s Austin office received, his J.D. from the University of Houston College of Law and a B.B.A. in Accounting and M.P.A. with a concentration in Taxation from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Clark is Board Certified in Tax Law. Mr. Clark is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, and The Estate Planning Council of Central Texas, and is presently admitted to practice in Texas courts and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Clark has been a lecturer on business, securities, tax and estate planning, probate, asset protection planning, and trust law topics, and has also been an instructor for the law subjects of a Becker CPA Review Course.
