Kelsey A. Brock, J.D., focuses her estate planning practice on high net worth individuals. She advises clients regarding both tax and non-tax aspects of estate planning, from assisting with the creation and implementation of foundational estate plans to the structuring of complex transactions involving trusts and other entities. She is passionate about charitable planning, including the formation of private foundations, public charities, and other charitable vehicles. Her practice also includes estate administration and the probate of uncontested estates, along with real estate transactions, premarital agreements, and business formation.
