Rachel W. Saltsman, J.D., received her J.D. cum laude from SMU School of Law and earned a full scholarship as an Arkansas Distinguished Governor Scholar toward her B.S. in Finance from the University of Arkansas, graduating summa cum laude.  Ms. Saltsman had the distinction of serving as President of the SMU International Law Review.  Ms. Saltsman is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law. She has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a “Texas Rising Star Super Lawyer” (2010) and by Fort Worth, Texas magazine as one of Tarrant County’s Top Attorneys in Probate, Estates & Trusts (2011-2013, 2015-2016).
