Gary V. Post, J.D., a Partner at The Blum Firm, focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, and trust matters for traditional and blended families, including: planning and implementing estate plans to accomplish estate, gift, income, and generation-skipping transfer tax reduction, family non-tax needs, and charitable objectives; asset protection planning; trust planning to accomplish tax and non-tax objectives; retirement planning; and, the administration of estates and trusts.
