Kory W. Nelson, J.D., received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, his Impartial Third-Party Certification from the Frank Evans Center of Conflict Resolution, and his B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Christian University. Prior to joining The Blum Firm, Mr. Nelson served as an Assistant District Attorney and worked as a litigator in a boutique probate and trust firm representing executors, trustees, guardians, and beneficiaries in complex estate and trust litigation matters. Mr. Nelson has extensive courtroom experience, including several favorable jury verdicts.

Mr. Nelson seeks to develop simple, direct, and cost-effective legal strategies that protect and advance a client’s legal interest.
